Since opening our first shared living home, we've provided affordable housing to individuals with a wide range of diverse needs. The demographics we serve include, but are not limited to, veterans, seniors, survivors of domestic violence, sober living, transitional housing, re-entry, low-income, and other special needs populations.

Who do we work with?

NewStart Solutions works closely with case managers, social workers, and community advocates to provide Affordable Shared Living nationwide for individuals in need. Our homes are open to single independent adults experiencing a housing crisis, and NewStart Solutions is committed to ensuring that each person has access to safe, stable housing. This includes unhoused military veterans, elderly/actively aging adults, domestic violence survivors, youth who have aged out of foster care, college students looking for an alternative to campus housing, and working individuals seeking sustainable Affordable Shared Living arrangements. At NewStart Solutions, we believe everyone deserves a fresh start, and our mission reflects that. With NewStart Solutions, communities gain a trusted partner dedicated to empowering individuals on their path toward stability.
